The love I have for sewing goes way back. My love for sewing first started in Girl Scouts. I then took advanced sewing classes in school. And I can't leave out the part about my mom who was an excellent seamstress. She made all my clothes.
My parents bought me my first sewing machine when I was about fourteen.
This Singer Featherweight looks exactly like mine. I miss it :-(
With this sweet baby I began sewing all my clothes. Several years passed, and I made my wedding gown and dresses for bridemaids and flower girl.
Fabric just makes me happy!
